WHY CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is, by definition,  constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, meaning these movements reflect ordinary movements we encounter in everyday life (sitting down, picking things up, or putting things overhead). By employing a constantly varied approach to training which focuses on these types of movements performed at intensity, one can obtain significant gains in fitness.

While CrossFit challenges the world's fittest, the program is actually designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect choice for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.
