Daily WOD (Workout of the Day)
Monthly membership includes unlimited access to WOD, OPEN GYM, and TEAM WOD. All adult members can attend any class that they see on the class schedule. We do request that you RSVP through wodhopper. Open Gym is any time that a normally scheduled class is taking place and you have already completed the days workout - you are free to stay and pursue work on your own.
For newcomers or for those that have been away from CrossFit or any fitness program for some time, we have a foundations course. This program is a 6-visit introduction to the foundational movements of CrossFit, our facility, the terminology, and our community. Small group classes are held in 2-week increments to allow you to become acclimated to our program and begin your CrossFit journey. Cost of the the Foundations program is $125. This fee includes your first 6 visits as well as unlimited visits for the remainder of that month. If you are unable to attend the group classes, a private foundations course can be arranged around your schedule for $180 (remainder of the month would be included). Daily Drop-In $15 or purchase a t-shirt/tank
We welcome CrossFitters visiting from other cities to join us for our Daily WOD. Guests can pay the drop in fee or purchase a T-shirt/tank. To preserve quality of classes for all, we cannot allow those that have never done CrossFit to walk in and take a class without contacting us at [email protected] in advance.
Personal One-on-One Coaching, $75 per hour (5 pack discount – $300)
Individualized one-on-one training sessions are designed for those that want the highest degree of personal attention. This is a great option for those who would prefer more one on one attention after their Foundations course or for more experienced athletes who want booster sessions to get them to a higher performance level.
