If you are new to CrossFit, we believe that starting with our Foundations program is the most optimal way to learn about the movements of CrossFit, our facility, the terminology, and our community. In addition, we feel that nutrition is a foundational block for anyone beginning their CrossFit journey. Therefore we have developed our own unique foundations program which includes the following:
- Initial consultation via phone or email
- 2 semi-private hour long training sessions
- 2 weeks of unlimited membership once semi-private sessions have been completed
- 4-part video series on the foundations of nutrition
- Wodhopper tutorial (the app we use that enables you to view workouts, RSVP for class, and record your personal workouts, times, and loads)
- CrossFit dictionary of terms and abbreviations to help you get acclimated.
