Classes start at the designated time so please plan to arrive a few minutes early. Drop-ins with CrossFit experience are always welcome! Every class is exactly one hour. This hour includes warm-up, programmed strength work, and Daily WOD (workout of the day).
Please email [email protected] to schedule your visit. Some classes are at capacity and drop-ins may be limited. Drop-In rate is $15 or you may purchase a t-shirt/tank. If you are thinking of joining, then email us to schedule your first visit.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 5:15AM, 6:30AM, 9 AM, 5PM, 6PM, 7PM
Tuesday: 5:15AM, 6:30AM, 8AM, 9AM, 5PM, 6PM, 7PM
Friday: 5:15AM, 6:30AM, 8AM, 9 AM, 5PM, 6PM (no 7PM)
Saturday: 9-10:30AM (open lift followed by group WOD, please arrive no later than 9:45am)
